We have chosen Scandic Hotels as the official conference hotel and arranged a special group rate for conference guests. You can choose from two different locations: Scandic Continental and Scandic Simonkenttä. Both hotels are located in Helsinki city center within convenient connections to the meeting venues.
Rates vary from 125€ to 185€ per night and include a buffet breakfast. Please note that all rates are valid until 1st of May 2012 and there’s only a limited number of rooms available.

HOW TO GET FROM AIRPORT TO HELSINKI CITY CENTER
TAXI
From the airport it is easy to take a taxi to the hotel. It will cost around 40€ and take about half an hour.
BUS
You can also travel by bus from the airport to Helsinki center and the hotel. Finnair city bus operates between city center and Helsinki-Vantaa airport from 05:45 to 01:10 every 20 minutes. The cost is 6,20€ and it will take about 30 minutes. The bus passes hotel Scandic Continental and Scandic Simonkenttä. The ticket can be purchased from the bus.
