REGISTRATION CATEGORIES AND FEES

All registration fees are VAT 0%.

STUDENTS
Student fee does not include meals and receptions. Please notice that we are only able to accept 20 students.

Students must submit a copy of a valid student ID or a student certificate from the school.
Please send a scanned copy to cumulushelsinki@aalto.fi after you have completed your registration.

When registering in the beginning of the conference a valid student ID/ certificate must be presented at the registration desk.
Student fee does not apply to doctoral students. Doctoral students must pay full fee.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
The accompanying person fee only includes the evening receptions and no meals or conference program during the day. Please notice that the accompanying persons category is meant only for spouses and we are only able to accept 10 persons in this category.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The registration is binding if not cancelled as according to the cancellation policy. A full refund is available for cancellations received before 25th April for those paying by credit card. Bank Transfer payments will incur a €30 cancellation fee. From April 26th no refunds are available.

Replacement of one person by another from the same organisation with the same status is permitted up to two weeks before the conference. Please contact cumulushelsinki2012@aalto.fi if replacement needed.

INFORMATION FOR FOREIGNERS COMING OUTSIDE THE SCHENGEN AREA
When coming outside the Schengen area you will need a visa. To get a visa you need an invitation from Aalto University as proof that you are participating in the conference. If you need a visa you will need to provide the following information in the registration form.

In addition to your name and contact information we will need:

Date of birth
Passport number

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Registration fee can be payed with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard and American express or by making a bank transfer. WHEN REGISTERING

Notice: Aalto-University has separate registration!

If you are coming outside the Schengen area and need an invitation for visa you will need your passport number when registering for the conference.

The registration fee does not include the Preconference in Lahti. Registration for the preconference will be separate. If you are on our email list, you will be sent an automatic message, when registration for the preconference will open.

The registration fee does not include the Tallinn-working group. Click here to find more information about Tallinn working group.
